Mr.  Wei Wu graduated from Shanghai University in 2000 and obtained a Master of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2011. He has been engaged in trademark agency practice since 2000.He is familiar with the Trademark Law of China, its Implementing Regulations, as well as laws and administrative provisions related to intellectual property. He has long-term provided services including trademark search, trademark confirmation and enforcement for many well-known domestic and foreign enterprises. He has numerous successful cases concerning trademark filing and enforcement both in China and overseas, and possesses extensive professional knowledge and practical experience serving applicants at home and abroad.He was awarded the Gold Medal Individual for Trademark Agency Services by the China Trademark Association. He is among the first batch of "Senior" experts included in the expert talent pool of the China Trademark Association, and also an expert in the expert database such as the Shanghai Think Tank for Overseas Trademark Squatting and Enforcement. In addition, he serves as a visiting professor at the School of Law and Literature, Shanghai Business School.
