Yiqi Wang serves as Deputy General Manager of the Trademark Division and Trademark Attorney at Shanghai Patent and Trademark Law Office Co., Ltd. With 16 years of in-depth experience in trademark practice, she possesses extensive professional knowledge and hands-on expertise. Leading her team, she has provided IP legal services for more than 1,200 clients across over 50 countries and regions worldwide, supporting domestic and overseas enterprises in implementing trademark protection strategies in China.

She is proficient in trademark practice in China and Japan, and can deliver professional trademark strategies and advice to multinational corporations in Chinese, Japanese and English, earning high trust and recognition from clients. She excels at handling complex matters such as trademark oppositions and invalidations, as well as comprehensive projects including brand strategy planning, and offers end-to-end services covering trademark confirmation and enforcement.

She represented a well-known sports brand in an enforcement case where the trademark was recognized as a well-known trademark. Many of her cases have been honored as excellent cases by industry associations at or above the provincial level. Her accolades include the Gold Medal Individual for Trademark Agency Services (2020–2023) awarded by the China Trademark Association, Outstanding Trademark Attorney 2020 from the Shanghai Trademark Brand Association, and the March 8th Red Banner Bearer of the Shanghai Science and Technology System.
