Oversees all IP-related matters for Gree and its subsidiaries, including trademarks, brand enforcement, copyright, and IP risk compliance.
Key Achievements
Trademark Management
Established a full-lifecycle trademark management system for Gree, managing over 15,000 domestic and international trademarks. Based on the trademark laws of various countries, secured comprehensive extended protection for Gree’s core brand in 214 countries and regions.
Brand Enforcement & Anti-counterfeiting
Built a multi‑dimensional brand protection framework. In recent years, has led:
1,834 civil litigation cases,
76 administrative enforcement actions,
31 criminal cases, resulting in the arrest of 81 suspects and the dismantling of 2,134 counterfeiting and sales networks.
These efforts have effectively safeguarded both consumer rights and Gree’s legitimate interests, significantly deterred infringers, and contributed to fostering a social climate that respects intellectual property.
Copyright Risk Management
Spearheaded the establishment of a copyright risk management system, assembling a dedicated team covering the entire corporate group and its subsidiaries. This initiative systematically identifies and eliminates copyright risks, addressing potential disputes at the source and preventing infringement issues before they arise.
